Setting up your workspace
The first-run wizard turns on the right tools for what you do, so your workspace is not cluttered on day one.
Setting up your workspace
The first time an admin opens a new workspace, a short setup wizard appears. It tailors the workspace to how you work so you only see the tools you need.
What it asks
- What you are here to do. Pick one or more: run operations, manage sales and leads, track founder equity, store team knowledge, secure credentials, or use the AI co-pilot. Each choice turns on the matching module.
- Team size and stage. Optional context that helps us recommend the right setup.
What it changes
The essentials are always on: Dashboard, Board, Calendar, Finance, and Security. Based on your picks, the wizard also turns on optional modules like Clients, Vesting, Files, Vault, and Chat. Anything you do not pick stays off so the workspace looks focused, you can turn it on later.
Pro modules
Vault and the AI co-pilot are Pro modules. The wizard still enables them, and points you to Pro when you are ready to start a trial.
Changing your mind
Nothing here is permanent. Open Settings, Marketplace at any time to turn modules on or off, and Settings, Team to invite people. You can also skip the wizard entirely and configure everything from Settings.
