Using the task board

The board groups work into columns by status: backlog, to do, in progress, blocked, review, and deployed.

Move a card

  1. On desktop, drag the card to another column.
  2. On mobile, open the card or use the Move to picker, since touch screens do not support drag.
  3. Status changes post to Discord if you have connected it in Settings.

Edit a task

  1. Click any card to open it.
  2. Set assignees, priority, tags, the linked client, and a due date.
  3. Save. You can also ask the AI co-pilot to create or move tasks, and approve the change.

Example flow

A new bug comes in during a standup.

  1. Add a card to To do titled "Checkout 500 on Safari".
  2. Set priority to high and assign it to an engineer.
  3. When they pick it up, move it to In progress.
  4. After the fix ships, drag it to Deployed. The team sees the update in Discord.
