Roles and permissions

Access is governed by permissions written as module and action, for example money write or tasks read. Admins hold every permission.

Roles

Every member has a role that grants a set of permissions. Built-in roles are Admin and Member. Custom roles, where you define exactly which modules a role can read or write, are a Growth plan feature.

Previewing

Admins can preview the app as any role to check what that role sees before assigning it.
