Managing your pipeline

The CRM tracks every client through lifecycle stages from lead to customer. Each record holds contact details, source, MRR, notes, and the documents and tasks linked to it.

Working the pipeline

  • Click any field to edit it inline.
  • Move a client between stages to reflect where the relationship stands.
  • MRR rolls up so you can see the value of each stage.

Stale prospects and review items surface as nudges on the Today page so nothing goes quiet for too long.
