Getting help
Start in Help and Support. As you type a ticket subject, related articles appear so you can often solve it on the spot.
Open a ticket
- Go to the Tickets tab and choose New ticket.
- Pick a category and a priority.
- Describe the issue and submit.
- Replies from the VaultPoint team appear in the same thread, and you can reply until it is resolved.
You can also ask the AI co-pilot, which reads every help article.
