Getting help

Start in Help and Support. As you type a ticket subject, related articles appear so you can often solve it on the spot.

Open a ticket

  1. Go to the Tickets tab and choose New ticket.
  2. Pick a category and a priority.
  3. Describe the issue and submit.
  4. Replies from the VaultPoint team appear in the same thread, and you can reply until it is resolved.

You can also ask the AI co-pilot, which reads every help article.
