Recurring payments

Recurring payments capture anything that repeats on a schedule, such as SaaS subscriptions, payroll, or rent. They live under Finance and are part of every plan.

Adding and editing

Use Add payment to record a label, amount, frequency (weekly through annually), an optional category, and the next date. Edit any commitment later with the pencil icon, or pause and resume it.

Why it matters

Active recurring commitments are converted to a monthly equivalent and shown as committed monthly spend. When bank sync is connected, headline burn uses synced bank outflows so recurring expenses are not counted twice.
