Setting up your workspace

The setup wizard: modules, team invites, imports, and integrations.

The setup wizard configures your workspace in six steps.

Workspace. Choose which modules to turn on. Core surfaces are always on. premium modules show their price and stay ready to unlock if you are on Free.

Team. Pick your team size and invite teammates by name and email. Invites send immediately, so your team can explore while you finish.

Products. If the Board is on, name the products or services you offer so work can be tagged by what it belongs to.

Data. Import customers and tasks from CSV exports (HubSpot, Trello, Asana, spreadsheets). The import agent maps your columns automatically. Documents and spreadsheets upload directly.

Connect. Link your bank (Mercury or Plaid) for live balances, and Slack or Discord for alerts.

Done. A summary of what you set up and what happens next.

Workspace templates. The setup wizard offers templates shaped for your kind of team: SaaS startup, Agency, or Game studio. A template pre-selects the right modules and seeds a starter board, an example pipeline record, and a playbook or plan doc so the workspace is legible from minute one. Templates only seed into an empty workspace, and everything they create can be edited or deleted like normal data.

Rename modules for your workspace. In Settings, Modules, click any module name to give it your own label. A game studio can call the pipeline "Publishers" and the board "Milestones". The sidebar uses your names everywhere, and clearing the field restores the default.
