Setting up your workspace

Setting up your workspace
When you first enter a workspace you choose how to set it up.
AI setup (default). Describe your company in a few sentences: what you do, who is on the team, what you are working on. The AI drafts a complete workspace plan: which modules to enable, starter tasks written from your own words, a quarterly goal with measurable key results, any clients you named added to the pipeline, and the company context that grounds the AI co-pilot. Review the plan, ask for changes in plain words ("call clients studios", "add a task for the trailer"), and apply it with one click. Nothing is created until you approve, and AI setup does not use your credit pool.
Manual setup. Prefer to click through yourself? Choose "Set up manually instead" for the six-step wizard: tools, team, products, data, connections, done. Pick a workspace template (SaaS, agency, or game studio) for starter content shaped to your kind of team.
Everything either path sets up can be changed later in Settings. Core surfaces like the Dashboard, Calendar, and Security are always on.
