Zetadeck is made by VaultPoint Systems, and it started as the internal tool we ran our own company on.
Before Zetadeck, we were startup operators like you. The pipeline lived in one tool, the tasks in another, and the finances in a spreadsheet that was stale the moment someone exported it. Every Monday started with an hour of copying numbers between tabs just to answer the question: how are we actually doing?
So we built one workspace where the work, the customers, and the money share a single data spine, and put an AI on top that reads all of it. When a deal closes, finance sees the new revenue and the onboarding tasks appear. When you ask for the weekly update, the agent drafts it from the real state of the business, not from whatever you remembered to paste in.
It ran as our own internal command center first. Then other teams asked for it, so we productized it. That origin still shapes every decision: we ship what operators need, and we use what we ship.

We run our own company on Zetadeck. The features you see shipped because we needed them on a Monday morning, not because a roadmap committee voted.
Security-first
Row-level security isolates every workspace at the database layer. Secrets live in an encrypted vault. Two-factor authentication and passkeys are built in, and actions land in an audit trail.
Modular by design
Every tool is a module you can switch off. Pages adapt to what is enabled, so a two-person team never stares at empty enterprise chrome.
