Trash and restoring deleted items
Deleted tasks, documents, and CRM records are kept for 30 days.
Trash and restoring deleted items
Deleting a task, document, or CRM record does not remove it right away. It moves to the trash, where it stays for 30 days before being removed permanently.
Undo right away
When you delete an item, a toast appears with an Undo button. Click it to put the item straight back.
The Trash page
Go to Settings, then Data, then Trash to see everything in the trash.
- Restore puts the item back where it was.
- Delete forever removes it permanently. This cannot be undone.
Items left in the trash are cleaned up automatically after 30 days.
