Using the Board
Kanban columns, assignees, subtasks, dependencies, and saved views.
The Board is a kanban with six columns: Backlog, To-Do, In Progress, Review, Deployed, Blocked. Drag cards between columns. on small screens use the status menu on each card.
Tasks carry assignees (one or many), priority, due date, tags, a client link, subtasks, and comments. Moving work to Review prompts for a due date and owner. Blocking a task asks why, and optionally which task is blocking it.
Create with AI. In the new-task form, describe the task in a sentence ("high priority: fix the invoice template by Friday, assign Dana") and the fields fill themselves. You can edit everything before saving.
Saved views. Save any filter combination (search, tag, assignee, due soon) as a named view. Views follow you across devices.
Deep links. /tasks?new=1 opens the composer. press c anywhere for the quick creator.
