Roles and permissions
Admins, members, custom roles, and preview-as-role.
Every member has a role. Admins can do everything, including Settings, Team, and Billing. Members get day-to-day access without administrative surfaces.
Pro workspaces can create custom roles with per-module read and write permissions: for example a Finance Reviewer who can read budgets but not change them. Assign roles in Settings, Team.
Admins can preview the workspace as any role (Settings, Roles) to verify what that role sees before assigning it. Module visibility, page access, and even what the AI assistant can see and do all follow the same permission model.
