Goals and key results

Goals turns your quarter into objectives with measurable key results.

An objective is the outcome ("Reach 100 active customers"). its key results are the numbers that prove it ("Active customers: 62 of 100"). Each key result tracks a current value against a target, and the objective's progress is the average of its key results.

Create with AI. Describe the goal in a sentence ("Q3: grow revenue to 50k MRR with churn under 3 percent") and the form drafts the objective and its key results. You review and save.

Check in by updating a key result's current value right on the card. Mark an objective done or cancelled when the quarter closes.

Editing a goal. Click the number on any key result to check in a new progress value. Click the pencil on an objective to edit its title, description, quarter, and key results (rename them, change targets, add or remove them). The check and X buttons mark an objective done or cancelled, and Reopen brings it back.
