Notifications and the Inbox
The bell, the Inbox page, and the delivery matrix.
Notifications arrive in the bell (bottom of the sidebar). Urgent ones, like security alerts and critical operating nudges, also appear as toasts the moment they happen.
The Inbox page (open it from the bell) lists everything with filters by category and read state, and batch mark-as-read.
Choose your channels. In Account, Notifications, each category (mentions, operating alerts, automations, tasks, security) has its own bell and email switches. Email-only, bell-only, both, or neither, per category.
The operating digest is a morning brief that condenses overdue work, idle prospects, and runway warnings into one notification. Admins set the workspace cadence (daily, weekly, or off) in Settings, General.
