Bank sync and spend
Live balances, transactions, and what Spend Basis means.
Connect Mercury or Plaid in Settings, Integrations, and Finance shows live checking and savings balances plus recent transactions. A nightly sync keeps it current. admins can also sync on demand with the Sync button.
Spend basis is the number runway planning uses: the larger of your actual monthly outflow and your committed recurring spend, so the forecast never flatters you.
What changed compares the latest sync against the previous one: cash movement, spend trend, and average monthly flows.
