Files is one library for collaborative documents and spreadsheets, organized in shared folders.
Documents are real-time collaborative: everyone sees edits and cursors live. Revision history keeps every save with word-level diffs, and you can restore any version. Use @mentions to notify a teammate, and threaded comments for review.
Start from 50+ templates (strategy, product, operations, legal, and more), import existing files (.md, .txt, .csv, .docx), or upload a CSV to get a live spreadsheet.
Share a doc or folder with the whole workspace, specific roles, or specific people. Pin what matters so it surfaces on the Dashboard.
Writing assist. Select any text in a document and click AI in the popup toolbar. Pick Improve writing, Fix grammar, Make shorter, Make longer, or Simplify and the selection is rewritten in place. Ctrl+Z restores your original text in one step.
Search by content. The search bar above your document list searches inside every document body, not just titles.
