The desktop app

Zetadeck is available as a desktop app for Windows. It is the same workspace you use in the browser, in a dedicated window.

What you get

• Its own window in the taskbar and Alt+Tab, not another browser tab.
• A system tray icon. Closing the window keeps it running in the tray, reopen it in one click.
• Native desktop notifications for mentions, task assignments, and alerts when the app is in the background.
• Automatic updates in the background, so you are always on the latest version.

Install it

1. Go to the download page and choose Download for Windows.
2. Run the installer. Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" notice for a new publisher. Click More info, then Run anyway.
3. Sign in with your usual email and password.

Do I have to use it?

No. The browser version at zetadeck.com has every feature. The desktop app just adds the window, tray, and native notifications.

macOS

A macOS version is planned. For now, use the browser on a Mac.
