Forward or BCC emails to your workspace address to log them on a client.

Logging emails to the CRM

Every workspace has a private email-in address, shown in Settings under Integrations. Add it as BCC when you write to a client, or forward a thread to it, and the email is logged automatically.

How matching works

The sender and recipients are compared against your clients' contact emails. When one matches, the email appears on that client's activity timeline. When nothing matches, the email waits in a review list in Settings where you can attach it to a client or dismiss it.

Tips

  • Create a filter in your mail client that auto-forwards mail from key clients to your email-in address for hands-off logging.
  • The address contains a random token. Treat it like a password and regenerate it from Settings if it leaks.
