Trigger and action rules that fire on pipeline events.
Automation workflows fire when pipeline events happen: a stage change (optionally from one specific stage to another) or a new client.
Actions can notify a teammate (the record owner or a specific person), create a follow-up task, or call a webhook. Message templates support {client} and {stage} placeholders.
Workflows run in the background and never block your edits. This is a Pro feature.
