Calendar

Calendar brings your operating dates into one timeline. It shows four kinds of items:

• Workspace events you create yourself.
• Task due dates from the board.
• Client follow-ups from the CRM.
• Finance recurring commitments and reminders.

Task, follow-up, and finance items are pulled in live from those modules, so they always match the source. Click one to jump to where it lives.

Views

Use Month for an overview, Week for a focused seven-day view, or Agenda for a chronological list of the current month. The arrows move between periods (a month in Month view, a week in Week view), and Today jumps back to now.

Add an event

Choose New event (or the plus on any day), give it a title and date, and optionally a time. Events without a time are all-day. Only events you create can be edited or deleted here, pulled-in items are managed from their own module.

Colors and categories

Give an event a color to group it visually on the grid (the colored dot appears next to the title), and an optional category label for your own organization.

Repeating events

Set an event to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, every N periods, with an optional end date. Repeating events show a small loop icon. When you edit or delete one, you choose whether the change applies to this event only or to all events in the series. Editing a single occurrence moves or changes just that one, leaving the rest of the series untouched.

Reminders

Pick a reminder lead time (for example, 30 minutes or 1 day before) and you will get a notification in the bell shortly before the event starts. Recurring events remind you before each occurrence.

Subscribe (Google, Outlook, Apple)

Use Subscribe to create a private ICS feed URL you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. Rotate the link any time to revoke access.
