How the AI remembers

The co-pilot saves durable facts as memory: company facts for the whole workspace and your own preferences just for you. View and delete them on the AI context page.

How the AI remembers

The AI co-pilot can save durable facts so it does not forget things between chats. It stores memory at two scopes.

Workspace memory

Stable facts about your company that everyone should benefit from, for example your fiscal year, your main product, or how you name customers. Every member of the workspace shares this memory.

Your memory

Your own preferences, for example the tone you like replies in or the format you want reports in. Personal memory is visible only to you.

What it saves

The co-pilot only stores durable, reusable facts. It does not save transient details from a single conversation or one-off values. If you tell it a lasting preference or a stable company fact, it may remember it. You can also ask it directly to remember or forget something.

Viewing and deleting memory

Open the AI context page from the AI chat to see everything the co-pilot has remembered, split into workspace memory and your memory. Delete any entry you no longer want, or add one yourself.
