How the AI knows your workspace
What the assistant can see and how access is controlled.
The assistant is grounded in your live workspace state: team, tasks with due-state, pipeline, finance snapshot, recurring payments, calendar, and document titles (it reads a document's body only when asked).
It only sees what you can see. Module access and your role's permissions gate both the context it receives and the tools it may use, and every staged change re-checks your write permission at approval time.
Admins can add standing instructions (tone, terminology, priorities) in the Chat module settings. the assistant follows them in every conversation.
