Is my data secure?
Each workspace lives in an isolated tenant enforced at the database layer, so one customer can never read another's rows. Vault secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and decrypted only on the server, never in the browser. Zetadeck runs on Supabase with data hosted in the United States, delivered through Cloudflare.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export your workspace data at any time from Settings. If you close your account, we delete your workspace data on request within 30 days.
How do I migrate from my current tools?
Import leads and contacts from CSV today, with more importers on the way. Docs are markdown friendly, so content pasted from tools like Notion keeps its formatting. On a Pro plan we will also help you migrate hands-on.
What does the Free plan include?
A full workspace with tasks, CRM, docs, and finance for up to 3 people, plus 500 AI actions each month. No credit card required.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every workspace, Free or Pro, gets the in-app support ticket system and email support. Pro workspaces get priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We do not charge again after that. Partial periods are not refunded.
