What exists today is tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, sign-in monitoring, and a full audit trail. What does not exist yet is a SOC 2 report, a third-party penetration test, and a HIPAA business associate agreement. If your procurement needs those now, we are not the right fit yet, and we would rather say so than waste your time.

No, and it is not trying to. Zetadeck reads your live bank balance to show cash, burn, and runway, which is the number you need on a Monday morning and the one your accounting tool is slowest to give you. It does not keep a general ledger and does not produce financial statements, so your books stay where they are. The two work together: your accountant closes the month, Zetadeck tells you where you stand today.

Documents are markdown so they move cleanly into anything else, and if you close your account we delete your workspace data on request within 30 days. We are a small team, so we will not promise we will be here forever. What we will promise is that we would give you advance notice and keep export open, because leaving should always be a download away.
